欢迎使用途迹 Gogostella。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读以下条款。注册或开始使用即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本协议。
1. 账户
- 你需对账户安全与密码保密负责；请勿与他人共享账户。
- 你提供的注册信息应真实有效。我们保留在违规时暂停或终止账户的权利。
2. 可接受使用
- 仅可将本应用用于合法的个人旅行记录用途。
- 禁止上传违法、侵权或危害他人的内容，禁止尝试破坏或逆向平台服务。
3. 订阅与支付
- 付费会员通过 Waffo Pancake 以美元（US$0.99 / US$2.99 / US$8.99）结算，支持信用卡 / Apple Pay / Google Pay。
- 订阅可随时取消；取消后权益持续至当前周期结束。
- 价格与权益以应用内「会员方案」页面为准；我们不设永久买断。
- 支付成功后，会员权益通常即时生效；如未生效，可凭支付凭证联系客服补录。
4. 知识产权
本应用及其界面、设计与品牌归途迹 Gogostella 所有。你创作的旅行数据归你本人所有，你授予我们为提供服务所需的存储与同步许可。
5. 免责声明
本应用按「现状」提供。我们努力保障服务稳定，但不对网络中断、数据意外丢失或第三方服务故障承担责任。建议你定期导出备份。
6. 协议变更与终止
我们可能适时更新本协议；重大变更将在应用内通知。你可随时注销账号终止使用。注销后你的数据将按隐私政策被删除。

Terms of Service

Welcome to Gogostella. Please read these terms carefully before using the App. Registering or using the App means you have read, understood and agree to this agreement.
1. Accounts
- You are responsible for account security and password confidentiality; do not share your account.
- Registration info should be accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the App only for lawful personal travel-logging purposes.
- No illegal, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
- Paid membership is settled in USD (US$0.99 / US$2.99 / US$8.99) via Waffo Pancake, with card / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; benefits last until the end of the current period.
- Pricing and perks follow the in-app "Membership" page; we do not offer lifetime buyout.
- Benefits usually activate immediately after payment; if not, contact support with your receipt.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its UI, design and brand belong to Gogostella. Your travel data belongs to you; you grant us the limited license needed to store and sync it for the service.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We strive for stability but are not liable for network interruptions, accidental data loss or third-party outages. We recommend regular backups.
6. Changes & Termination
We may update this agreement; material changes will be notified in-app. You may delete your account anytime to stop using the service; your data is then removed per our Privacy Policy.
